Familiar, with a different shape.
Small changes.
A new voice.
We started with Geist’s proportions and spacing, then redrew the “o” and “O” as softly squared bowls. Its single-storey “a” becomes the default, the “r” gets an angled shoulder, and the dots take on rounded corners.
Everything else builds on Geist’s work. This first release includes two upright weights and 728 encoded characters in each, including accented Latin letters. It’s a display family; for paragraphs, we still use Geist.
